Parts that are generally fine refurbished or used

Parts where "refurbished" needs real scrutiny

Parts you should almost always buy new

The real question to ask any seller

Not "is it new or used," but "will you test it running under load before I pay, and what happens if it fails in the first month." A seller who won't answer that clearly is the actual red flag -- more than the new/used label itself.

Our approach

Every build we sell includes genuine, tested components and a 1-year warranty, and we're upfront about what's new versus refurbished in any listing. If you're buying parts elsewhere in Kampala, use the category guide above and always insist on a load test before handing over money.

Not sure if a deal you've found is safe? Send us the listing or specs and we'll give you a straight opinion.
